Rehoboth Language Services (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, email, phone, organization, language needs and message details submitted through our forms, and application details submitted by prospective linguists.
• Service information: when you use our interpreting or translation services, we process session metadata (date, duration, language, department) and files you send for translation.
• Technical information: limited technical data (such as IP address, approximate country and browser type) used for security and abuse prevention. IP addresses used for rate limiting are kept for no more than 10 minutes. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries, provide quotes and deliver services
• To evaluate applications from interpreters and translators
• To secure our website and prevent fraud and spam
• To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations

Protected health information

When we act as a Business Associate of a HIPAA covered entity, we handle protected health information in accordance with HIPAA and our Business Associate Agreement. Interpreting sessions are not recorded by default.

Sharing

We share information only with linguists assigned to your request, service providers who help us operate (under confidentiality obligations), or when required by law. We never sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Please don’t send sensitive details through web forms

Our web forms are for scheduling and quotes. Please do not include medical details, Social Security numbers, immigration case details or other sensitive information. We will arrange a secure method if documents are needed.

Your choices and rights

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online.
